This is WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY better than trying to memorize Spanish vocabulary out of a book or a notebook. I use this for my own enrichment and sometimes use it as a teaching tool. Students who normally refuse to go home and do their homework will at least work with this for half an hour at a time (an accomplishment for those with no attention span) and actually REMEMBER what they've done!
It's more portable than flash cards and the interface can make this kind of fun too. The grammar lessons themselves are relatively limited, but you'll get a basic command of all the words you'll need for the first couple of years of Spanish.
